Pai Raikar & Associates - Seven Interiors provides Architectural & Interior Design Consultancy along with Turn-key Contracting Services for both Civil & Interior Decoration projects.

Associate Sacheen Pai Raikar established the firm in February 1995, after a stint with Architects M/s. Patki & Dadarkar, Ballard Estate, Mumbai.

Associate Hemlata Pai Raikar joined the firm in January 1996 after having worked with Architectural offices in Mumbai & Navi Mumbai.

The firm adopted its present title in February 1999.

M/s. Pai Raikar & Associates handles all the firm’s Architectural & Civil works, and M/s. Seven Interiors deals with all Interior Design & Execution works.

After a short stint in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, between July 1999 and October 2000, where both Associates gained considerable experience in the Interior Decoration & Contracting Industry, they have returned to re-establish their practice in Architectural & Interior Design Consulting & Contracting.
